Tribute to "Q"

Photograph © by Ivor N.M.White
The Place:  The Drill Hall, BATTLE
Circa: 1949-1952
The occasion: A Local Hop, or Dance evening.
The celebrity guests were Brian Reece (right) then famous for his radio character PC49
and, (left) a fellow actor, the young Mr Desmond Llewelyn.
Everyone knows that Desmond became the famous "Q" of James Bond fame
who, sadly, in 1999, died in a road crash . . . . . .
